Most people wonder why they can't fall asleep quickly or wake up groggy. The answer? Your light environment is sabotaging your sleep.

Here's what's happening:
β€’ Blue light after sunset tricks your brain into thinking it's daytime
β€’ Regular house lights flicker 120x per second, stressing your nervous system
β€’ Your suprachiasmatic nucleus (circadian clock) stops producing melatonin
β€’ Result: You're scrolling at 2am instead of sleeping like a human should

My solution: Red incandescent bulbs throughout the entire house. No flicker, no blue spectrum, just sleep-optimized lighting that works WITH your biology, not against it.
