You are enough!

In fact - you are more than enough.

You are everything you need. You are exactly who you're supposed to be. You are a work in progress. You are growing. You are learning.

You are you. And you are enough. Look yourself in the eyes and say it out loud. Believe it. Know it. Own it.

The Universe has my back.
The Universe will provide.

Everything happens for a greater good.

Believe that you're being pushed towards your destiny and if you are stalling, the Universe will clear everything in your path to get you where you need to be.
You will be pushed to level up.

You will be pushed out of your comfort zone.

You will have your comforts removed in order to push you forward.

You will not be allowed to continue playing small.

You can't ask for more and not expect to receive it.

You are healing generations of trauma & curses.

As you heal, you not only want the future to feel this impact but you want your current generation to as well.

Unfortunately they may be resistant to this. They've intergrated the generational trauma/curses/lessons into their current state. It may be too much for them to change. They may not be ready to change.

You may want to alter the current timeline to reflect the healing and growth but they may not be open to that. It's a hard pill to swallow because it pulls you back into the current generational trauma which you are trying to get out of. 🤯

It's ok. Keep pushing. Continue to take up that space. Continue to set boundaries. Continue to heal these traumas.

Be the change that is needed. Refuse to let the toxic cycles continue. No matter how lonely it feels. The Universe has your back and you will find people to go on this journey with you.
