Discomfort when lying on the affected shoulder

Possible Diagnosis:
➡️ Rotator cuff–related shoulder pain (including tendinopathy or subacromial pain syndrome)
This is a classic example of a load-related shoulder issue, where the shoulder is being asked to do more than it’s ready for.

Thank you to our incredible community and our amazing team! 🎉 We collected 256 pairs of socks through a little friendly competition, with Green Team bringing in 174 pairs and Red Team contributing 82 pairs.

Most importantly, these socks are headed to people in our community who need them most. Thank you to and to everyone who donated, encouraged others to participate, and helped make this SOCK-cess possible!

The "two-weeks-postpartum" fog is real. 👩‍🍼 Between the feedings, the naps (or lack thereof), and just trying to find your feet again, your body can start to feel a little stiff.

In those early weeks after birth, gentle movement can go a long way. It helps release tension, reconnect you to your core, and gently remind your body that it’s safe to move again. Even a few mindful minutes, like flowing through the Cat Cow exercise, can ease the stiffness that builds up from feeding, holding your baby, and those long, sleepless nights
