30-year-old male
Recreational gym-goer
Right shoulder pain that began after increasing training volume
Pain with overhead movements, pressing, and reaching behind the back
Discomfort when lying on the affected shoulder
Minimal to no pain at rest

Possible Diagnosis:
➡️ Rotator cuff–related shoulder pain (including tendinopathy or subacromial pain syndrome)
This is a classic example of a load-related shoulder issue, where the shoulder is being asked to do more than it’s ready for.
