🤔 may be surprising to learn that humans are 99.9% genetically identical.

🧬This means that only 0.1 percent of our DNA is different.

🌎️While this doesn’t seem like a lot, it accounts for the unique differences between people, including clues to underlying causes of infertility.

🍋We all know that antioxidants are important, especially when trying to conceive.

😕But how do you know which ones you need or how much?! There isn't one answer to that question because everybody is different.

👯What your body needs is different from what someone else's body needs. It's all in your DNA.

🧬FERN DNA can help you learn more about what works for YOU, so you can save time and resources, and focus on what your body needs.

Vitamin C is an important nutrient ... and it also has some benefits when it comes to fertility.

It's an antioxidant, which means it can help to protect the cells, the egg, and the DNA from age-related damage. This damage is what contributes to a decline in fertility as we get older.

Vitamin C can also help with the production of progesterone, and this is shown to improve pregnancy rates, especially in those with luteal phase defects.

We also see that it can help to benefit pain in those with endometriosis.

And because of its use in collagen production, it can help to reduce pregnancy complications like preeclampsia and preterm labor.
