Welcome our newest RMT, Shanika 👋

Shanika provides thoughtful, results-focused massage therapy with a focus on deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and assisted stretching. She commonly helps with low back pain, neck and shoulder tension, and postural concerns like tech neck.

We’re excited to have her joining the clinic and now offering appointments Wednesdays in the afternoon and on weekends.
