There’s something about this time of year that can bring things to the surface and sometimes in ways we don’t expect.

Old memories, family dynamics, the weight of holding it all together.

Or sometimes it’s just the feeling that you’re carrying more than you realized.

December is a threshold month. It’s that space between what was and what wants to emerge.

And, if your body, your lineage or spirit is holding something heavy or if something deeper is asking to emerge, I’m offering the Ancestral & Karmic Healing Sessions to support this passage.

✨Now through January 15, I’m offering these sessions at a special rate.

These are 60-minute one-on-one sessions that include post-session protocols, personalized support, as needed.

✨ For every session purchased, I’ll be donating a portion to a local Mayan healing community in Mexico. Their ancestral wisdom and reverence for the unseen have played an integral role in my own healing journey and continue to influence the way I hold this work.

✨AND….one more thing.
I’m excited to offer one full gifted session of the Ancestral & Karmic Healing for someone in financial need.

To apply for the gifted session, drop “karma” in the comments and I’ll send you the link.

Applications close December 21, 2025. The selected session will be honored before January 31.

This is a powerful time for release and restoration.

Wherever you are this season, may you feel supported in what’s rising. I’m here if this calls you.

It’s easy to get swept up in the doing of things.

Sometimes, in the middle of building, creating, sharing, and showing up, I need to remind myself to just breathe and stay present. To just sit in the stillness, to let the noise fade, and to remember that I’m held and especially that I’m safe.

It’s easy to forget how much healing happens in those simple “sacred pauses”.

But, everything happens in its own rhythm and when we breathe, it’s the breath that returns us to ourselves.

Although it’s becoming an overused “spiritual” phrase these days, a sacred pause just means that we’re choosing to pause with awareness.

We are intentionally giving ourselves space to notice what’s really going on inside, rather than just reacting or pushing forward.

When I guide people in healing meditations, I remind them that it’s the breath that is the bridge to their higher consciousness.

So, in this sacred pause, I’m taking time out today to notice where my nervous system can soften, where I can breathe more deeply, to remember where my own rhythm is again, and be the bridge to my higher self.

What do you notice when you pause to breathe?

We can’t call it a boundary if we never say it’s a boundary.

So often, we confuse silence with strength.

We disappear, withdraw, shut down and tell ourselves we’re “just setting a boundary.”

But real boundaries aren’t built in silence.

They’re built in truth.

They require communication. Presence. While some boundaries can certainly be quiet and internal, the ones that involve another person need to be spoken to be real. It’s the willingness to name what we need, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.

Naming a boundary isn’t about controlling another person. It’s about claiming your truth and taking responsibility for how we show up.

The clarity of our words anchors the energetic intention behind them.

When we go quiet or create distance, without explanation, it’s often praised as “empowerment” but it’s not.

It’s the nervous system in protection mode. It’s the inner child in us who learned that being honest wasn’t safe, or that conflict meant danger.

And while those reactions are deeply human, we do ourselves a disservice when WE CONFUSE AVOIDANCE WITH EMOTIONAL MATURITY.

Khemet, the ancient name for Egypt, was a land of living alchemy.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Every temple, every initiation, every alignment with the stars was designed to transform the human spirit into something more whole, more luminous.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Historically, an alchemist was one who worked to transform metals into gold. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The spiritual alchemist works in much the same way, but with the soul as the material. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Through devotion, practice, and alignment with cosmic rhythms, the human spirit is refined into its truest expression. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It is the art of remembering that the soul itself holds the potential to become fully awakened.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This is where Khemet and the stars meet. The ancients understood that the cosmic field mirrored the inner journey. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The rising of Regulus, the Heart of the Lion, was one of those celestial signs, reminding us of courage, sovereignty, and the power of the heart as the center of transformation.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
When we walk these pathways today, we are entering a continuum of wisdom that still lives in the temples, the desert, and the Nile. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The codes of Khemet are alive, waiting for those who are ready to remember.⁣⁣
