Managing our eating and fitness is harder than ever. I need to adapt my services for this struggle.

And I can't reach everyone with my premier one-on-one rate, or my limited time. So I've made a more-affordable, yet robust, coaching option. I've been planning this program for a while, and I'm finally happy (thrilled actually) with what I'm offering.

$75 a month, plus hst

We start the week of Nov 2, just as darkness sets upon us. Minimum three-month commitment (program ends the last week of January, getting us through Blue Monday). And we may keep going at that point. Meeting times will be weekday evenings, and workouts may be in the AM, before 8 am. Actual meeting dates TBD.

Pay upfront and get 10% off or pay monthly. Prices subject to HST. Payments will be collected via credit card, interac, or paypal.

Part of feeling like we have meaning and control is projects! Better mental health means better eating and exercise (and visa versa). Most of my success in life is thanks to work on my mental health. These are chairs I acquired in 1997 when I cut grass for the board of Ed. They would have been destroyed. They still need another coat and the legs painted. We are out of paint for now.

Batch cooking chicken breast. I cut the thin parts off bc they cook faster. BBQ sauce basting. One plain for the chicken a la king sauce made last@night. Sweet potatoes. Some steak. Level Two snack of tuna (olive oil and balsamic) and crackers and diet pop. Jam Plus speaker blasting out classic rock. I have a session in 29 minutes!!!

We wiped down all our groceries before putting them away. Dunno if that is overkill but it felt right.

When we have no weights, go slow with exercises to increase time under tension and thus, the gain. Lots of reps help too. Going slow also improves use of primary movers (less strain on body). The workout I did: warm up (stretch, Pilates, glut activation); lateral squats 3x20. Single leg deadlift 3x10; banded squats 6x30; split squats 3x10.
