No gym? No problem. Get moving without leaving your couch

1️⃣ Couch Push-Up
Targets: Chest, arms, shoulders
🪑 Place hands on the couch edge
💥 Lower your chest toward the couch
🔁 Push back up — 10–15 reps

2️⃣ Couch Squat
Targets: Legs, glutes
🧍‍♂️ Stand in front of the couch
⬇️ Sit back like you’re going to sit
⬆️ Stand up again — 12–15 reps

3️⃣ Couch Tricep Dip
Targets: Triceps, shoulders
🪑 Sit on the edge of the couch, hands beside hips
⬇️ Slide your hips off and lower your body
⬆️ Push back up — 10–12 reps

4️⃣ Couch Mountain Climber
Targets: Core, cardio, full body

Spring is in full bloom! 🌿 Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just starting out, taking care of both your garden and your body is key to a pain-free and enjoyable gardening season. Here are some helpful tips to keep you healthy while you grow your garden:

1️⃣ Start with Proper Posture: Keep your back straight, engage your core, and avoid slouching to protect your spine.

2️⃣ Warm Up Before Gardening: Stretch those hamstrings, lower back, and shoulders to prepare your body for a productive day in the garden.

3️⃣ Use Ergonomic Tools: Invest in padded, adjustable tools to keep your wrists and arms in a natural position.

4️⃣ Alternate Tasks: Switch up your gardening routine every 15-30 minutes to avoid overuse injuries.

5️⃣ Take Breaks and Stay Hydrated: Stay refreshed and hydrated to prevent cramps and fatigue. Drink water regularly!

6️⃣ Lift With Your Legs: Protect your back by bending at the knees and lifting with your legs, not your back.
