Life is busy. Life is messy. Life is non-stop.
Have you ever said, “Oh, I’m just tired,” when someone asks how you’re doing? Or, “I’m just a mom… I’m just juggling too much… I’m just running on empty…” We use “just tired” as an excuse for everything. But what if it’s not just life wearing you down?
If you’re feeling more tired than usual, noticing hair loss, or brittle nails, there could be more going on beneath the surface. During the winter months, it’s normal to feel a little low, but sometimes it’s a hidden iron dip behind that fatigue.
This season, focus on yourself. Check your iron levels and see if there’s a hidden cause behind life’s tiredness. Because “just tired” might not be just life, it could be your body asking for more.
