This sequence is often used in our prenatal visits, labor prep, or when the baby is in a less-than-ideal position (like posterior or transverse). It’s gentle, non-invasive, and deeply aligned with our holistic approach to birth support.
➡️ Hire your Birth Doula, the beginning of the second trimester gives us enough time to work together

Practice at home:
1. Talk – Talk to Baby
- Encourages parents to connect verbally with their baby.
- Talking can stimulate awareness and bonding, and may even prompt subtle movements.
🧠 2. Visualize – Visualize Baby Changing Position
- Uses mental imagery to support physical change.
- Visualization can help relax the body and align intention with movement, especially during bodywork or rest.
🧘🏽♀️ 3. Create – Create Space for Movement
- Focuses on posture, alignment, and soft tissue release.
- Techniques like forward-leaning inversions or side-lying releases help open the pelvis and give the baby room to adjust.
⚖️ 4. Balance – Balance the Body and Nervous System
- Addresses tension and asymmetry in muscles, fascia, and ligaments.
- Balancing the nervous system (through breathwork, craniosacral therapy, or gentle movement) supports parasympathetic activation—ideal for labor prep.
🌍 5. Move – Use Gravity
- Encourages upright positions and dynamic movement.
- Gravity helps the baby descend and rotate, especially in late pregnancy or early labor.
🔄 6. Shift – Use Movement
- Suggests intentional shifts like walking, swaying, or pelvic tilts.
- Movement stimulates the uterus and pelvis to guide the baby into a more favorable position.
