Even though, the staff at Raynen Therapies has over 40 years of combined experience in the health care field, and we know the benefits that preventive care adds to the quality of life; we sometimes forget to make taking care of ourselves a priority. We get busy with work, our kids, and looking after everyone else. By the time we make it to the end of the week we realize we have been living with a discomfort in our neck, back, feet, shoulders, hands and more.
