Registration is now open for our Spring 2026 DBT Skills Groups at Tiny Therapy Collective.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills groups teach practical tools that help adults manage emotions, cope with distress, and navigate relationships more effectively.

This April, we are offering three structured virtual groups:

• Distress Tolerance
Learn skills to manage intense emotions without making situations worse.

• Emotion Regulation
Develop tools to better understand and manage emotional responses.

• Interpersonal Effectiveness
Build confidence in communication, boundaries, and relationships.

All groups are therapist-led, skills-focused, and designed for adults across Ontario.
