Yoga Grove - Small classes. Big difference. Yoga Grove offers expert yoga instruction in small classes of no more than 8 students.

At Yoga Grove, yoga classes are purposefully kept small so that everyone can have a personal experience of yoga. Many people find themselves lost in a large studio class, unsure if they are doing the right thing as they try to follow the instructor, and are they are unable to ask questions or get clarification throughout the class. With class sizes limited to 6, students find that yoga is much more accessible, as the instructor is able to personalize the class to the needs, level and interests of the group, as well as to interact with the students throughout the classes. There are a wide variety of yoga styles and levels to choose from, enabling participants to strengthen their bodies, release tension and increase flexibility, as well as to relax the mind and come away with a sense of calm and equanimity that carries through to their everyday lives.

Here's your chance to learn all about Restorative Yoga and be trained by a Restorative Yoga Master, our own Leslie Cranston, owner of Yoga Grove and renowned for her fully hands on and fully customized restorative yoga classes.

Join us for 2 weekends in January, for this immersive 40-hour YACEP training, for existing yoga instructors and non-instructors.

You've asked and we've responded! Back by popular demand, we're offering another 4-week yoga & mindfulness workshop for girls aged 10-17 to help them reduce stress and anxiety in their lives.

Here they'll:

- learn yoga, breathing and mindfulness practices
- journal for self-expression and self-discovery
- discuss issues facing teens these days
- learn effective tools for navigating life's ups and downs

This 4-week workshop will run on Thursdays from 4:15-5:15pm starting Nov 13th.
