When hip dysplasia goes undiagnosed in infants, it can lead to severe osteoarthritis.

But when it’s caught early, treatment can prevent years of pain.

With AI-powered ultrasound, we can detect hip dysplasia sooner — preventing future pain and mobility challenges.

This , help bring early screening to more infants across Canada, including remote communities with limited access to care.

Your diet might be affecting your mood more than you think.

Research shows certain foods can support brain health and help regulate mood by reducing inflammation, supporting gut health, and helping the body produce key neurotransmitters like serotonin.

✨ The key isn’t one “superfood” — it’s building a balanced diet that supports both mental and physical health.

Here are 5 foods that may naturally help boost your mood: https://arthritis.ca/healthy-living/5-foods-to-boost-your-mood-2/

Which of these foods do you already include in your diet?

Arthritis showed up without warning. What began as a limp and ankle pain quickly became a daily struggle.

At just 11 years old, Alicia was diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), bringing uncertainty and pain into the life of an active child who loves to dance.
She often has to miss out on physical activities with friends who don’t always understand her limitations.

But Alicia has found one place where she can truly be herself — Arthritis Society Canada summer camp. At camp, she’s surrounded by other kids who understand what it’s like to live with arthritis.

For hundreds of kids across Canada with arthritis, camp is more than fun — it’s a lifeline.

It's Canadian Orthopaedic Care Day—a moment to spotlight the care gap that's keeping Canadians from living pain-free.

Our population is aging, and demand for joint, and bone specialists is accelerating. With only approximately 4 orthopaedic surgeons per 100,000 people, many Canadians face months, or years, waiting for the care they need.

At Arthritis Society Canada, we're fighting for better access, breakthrough treatments, and meaningful support for everyone navigating life with arthritis.

SSUC- Spiritual Seekers United in Community will deliver inclusive, low-barrier chair yoga in Edmonton for people with or at risk of arthritis, prioritizing 2SLGBTQIA+, low-income, and disabled participants.

Latincouver’s Vivir con Movimiento will support Latin American seniors in Vancouver through bilingual workshops, mobility sessions, and social connection.
