New Wizard Alert!! 🧙🏻‍♂️ Pure Motion is excited to announce that Luc Comire is joining us!

Luc is an Athletic Therapist 🏋🏻‍♂️ and on his way to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist 💆🏻‍♂️. He is well-versed in manual therapy and exercise rehab, and his superpower is curiosity and exploring rabbit holes 🔎🧐.

He has worked with the Toronto Rock Professional Lacrosse 🥍, Brampton Honey Badgers 🏀, Next Gen National Beach Volleyball 🏐 and Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (CSIO).

Outside of the clinic, Luc is a professional ultimate frisbee player for the Toronto Rush and has played for Team Canada 🥏! He also loves training his hands & mind with skill toys such as kendama, flowstar and juggling 🤹🏻‍♂️!

Ever wonder what your tongue does when you’re being chased by a bear? 🐻👅

It drops to the bottom of your mouth to open your airway, so you can scream and run! 😱🏃

What is Sleep Apnea? The truth behind snoring at night!😴😴

Sleep Apnea is a serious disorder that is present during sleep in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts.🫁💤

What’s the truth behind snoring? Snoring happens because the hypoglossal nerve is downregulated, making the tongue fall back and partly block your throat. 👅😴

How can I fix this? Increase carbon monoxide levels in small and safe doses! 🫁☀️

But how do I do this? Achieve a healthy circadian rhythm! 🏃😴✨
