It drops to the bottom of your mouth to open your airway, so you can scream and run! 😱🏃

Most of us live in a stressed state - this may lead to developing mouth breathing, decreasing focus and endurance. 🧠👅

Sleep Apnea is a serious disorder that is present during sleep in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts.🫁💤

What’s the truth behind snoring? Snoring happens because the hypoglossal nerve is downregulated, making the tongue fall back and partly block your throat. 👅😴

How can I fix this? Increase carbon monoxide levels in small and safe doses! 🫁☀️
