Just sitting.
Journaling a little.
Staring into the void (lovingly).
Letting my nervous system catch up to my life.

No agenda.
No productivity.
No hustle disguised as “self-care.”

This is my 2026 era.

Moving slower. Doing less. Dramatically resting.
And somehow… everything still gets done 😌

This is how I clear a room when the energy feels a little… off.

Top to bottom.
Floor to ceiling.
Every corner gets some love.

I open a window to let out what doesn’t belong anymore and intentionally call in what does — calm, clarity, grounding, safety.

Saging isn’t about “getting rid” of anything.
It’s about making space for what you actually want to feel in your body and in your home.

This is the ONE habit that saves my mental health every winter.

Just because it’s cold doesn’t mean I’m staying stuck indoors.

This winter I’m bundling up and going for my walks anyway.
Fresh air, daylight, and gentle movement do more for my hormones and my mental health than most people realize.

It doesn’t need to be long.
It doesn’t need to be intense.
It just needs to happen.

I’m not sprinting into January.
No massive reset. No pressure to reinvent myself overnight.

January for me is slow and steady.
I have some loose business intentions… and that’s it.

The real “new year” doesn’t hit my body until spring.
March / April feels like clarity, momentum, and fresh energy — not forced motivation.

If you’re easing into 2026 instead of charging at it, you’re not behind.
