Itβs winter here in the northern hemisphere. βοΈ
We are coming out of a busy holiday season. In Ontario we have had quite the winter so far with lots of snow and ice.
Also, many people are getting sick π€§
So please, do not stress your body out further by starting a detox diet January 1st.
You may also not feel like eating cold foods like smoothies and salads.
So instead, focus on warning and nourishing foods and beverages like soups, stews and herbal teas.
Here are some warming foods to help with immunity:
- garlic
- ginger
- turmeric
- astragalus
