Alexa Tomaszewski page for Alexa Tomaszewski, Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master. Alexa is a certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master.

She is certified in Meditation, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and has over 900 hours of training under her belt through Yoga Tree Studios, and Ahimsa Yoga. She was trained as a Reiki Master by Ashley O'Connell. Using energy work and asana her goal is to bring the body back to a state of rest and relaxation through the stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system. This can be done through meditation, yoga and reiki. Moving out of our Fight or Flight response can be incredibly healing for aspects of the mind, body and soul. Through her private GTA studio Alexa is taking private and semi-private (2-3) clients. The one-on-one nature of appointments allows clients and practitioners a tailored experience meeting the needs of the individual holistically whether physically, mentally or emotionally.

As an over breather for most of my life I felt trapt in patterns of chronic panic and anxiety.

I was taught by an incredible set of teachers how to breathe for my nervous system and I am very excited to bring some of that information to you!

The workshop includes a gentle flow with healing touch, discussion and a yoga nidra to close the session. Maybe our only New Years Resolutions need to be acceptance, and just being gentle with ourselves. You wouldn’t believe the place’s acceptance takes you. You can’t evolve unless you radially accept where you are and without that resolutions are worthless. Resist the urge to rush into the New Year. Take your time. Do you, as we used to say. This is your one wild and wonderful adventure and it can feel however YOU want it to feel like. So what are you moving towards? What’s the posture of your heart? And what feelings will you create for your life from there? Love to all during this precious and tender time of year. Trust, and let the magic unfold 💫
