Sometimes, it can be tough to tell if you're making progress on your journey to become the fittest, strongest, healthiest version of yourself.
While we love all the data and metrics our services provide, it's important to use other progress indicators as well. So, before you give up on a nutrition plan, consider whether…🍴 You feel satisfied after meals. That might be because you’re eating slowly. Choosing fresh foods. Lactate Threshold Testing

Lactate threshold testing is one of the most effective ways to understand your body’s performance and design smarter training plans. But what exactly are LT1 and LT2, and why do they matter?

Here’s the breakdown:

What is Body Insight?

We believe everybody deserves access to their best body and health. That’s why we’re making advanced health and fitness assessments available to all. We take the guesswork out of your goals so you know how to get the body you want. By solving your struggles with your body’s insight you can look and feel your best so you can be your best.

It’s wonderful to see so many people interested in health and fitness – but so frustrating to see so many people not follow through with their goals. In fact, there’s only one thing more frustrating than seeing people not care about their health: that’s giving up on it.

So, when we started seeing the growth of big data in recent years, it seemed like an opportunity for the perfect marriage: using body data to measure fitness goals and to motivate people to achieve them.

That’s why we created Body Insight.
