Thank you for this opportunity. It was a big pleasure to meet Louise and her generous positivo energy. All the students were just fabulous!!! We moved, learned and had a few good laughs. Excellent material. To anyone that might want to deeper into the Pilates technique I highly recommend for you to join us in November for Mat 1 and December Mat 2.
