A lot of you ask in the DM’s and comments what my current glute routine looks like, so here’s the quick version.

Right now I’m training glutes three times a week.

I add sprints once a week and sprinkle in plyometrics on back daybecause the combo keeps me strong, fast, and lifted.

Weekly favourites:

-Hip thrusts
-Single-leg hip thrusts
-Cable kickbacks
-Cable step-ups
-Walking lunges
-Deficit reverse lunges on the Smith
-Bulgarian split squats
-Abduction (leaned back and leaned forward)
-Bands

Glute-focused back extensions:
It’s a blend of strength, hypertrophy, unilateral work, lengthened loading, and explosiveness.

If you’re just getting started keep it simple. Pick one from each category:

* A thrust
* A lunge or hinge
* An abduction
* One unilateral exercise

Do them well. Stay consistent. Build up volume and intensity as your glutes get stronger.
