Morning:

Protein Powder β€” 30–35g right after my workout or with breakfast

Collagen + Vitamin C β€” Collagen for joints, skin, and hair; Vitamin C improves absorption

Iron β€” Taken away from calcium, usually mid-morning with Vitamin C

Fish Oil β€” For brain health, inflammation, skin, and heart support

Multivitamin (Legion) β€” Covers any gaps in micronutrients and supports immune function

Afternoon:

Turmeric β€” Anti-inflammatory; I take this with a meal containing healthy fats for better absorption

Betaine HCl β€” For digestive support, especially when eating higher-protein or heavier meals

Evening:

Magnesium Glycinate β€” Calming and sleep-supportive
