My current formula for fighting the effects of ageing!!
These are the staples in my rotation β they help support energy, recovery, digestion, skin, and overall wellness.
Morning:
Protein Powder β 30β35g right after my workout or with breakfast
Creatine β 5g daily for strength, muscle recovery, and cognitive support
Collagen + Vitamin C β Collagen for joints, skin, and hair; Vitamin C improves absorption
Iron β Taken away from calcium, usually mid-morning with Vitamin C
Fish Oil β For brain health, inflammation, skin, and heart support
Multivitamin (Legion) β Covers any gaps in micronutrients and supports immune function
Afternoon:
Turmeric β Anti-inflammatory; I take this with a meal containing healthy fats for better absorption
Betaine HCl β For digestive support, especially when eating higher-protein or heavier meals
Evening:
Magnesium Citrate β For digestion and regularity
Magnesium Glycinate β Calming and sleep-supportive
Cortisol Calm β On high-stress days to help ease into rest mode
Supplements donβt replace healthy habits β they enhance them.
Sleep, movement, hydration, and real food still do the heavy lifting.
