When people ask me what I do…o often say “I’m a coach”. This is no knock on personal training but with so many trainers , str coaches and professional athletes as clients I don’t find my role often is “training” them. They know their weights and programs by heart. The role I find MOST helpful is problem solver. “What is missing” and where are the mistakes being made ? How to customize “fit” may be the solution. Why do I have joint pain on one side ? All frustrating questions I hear everyday.
