🌿 Opening Doors: Short-Term Counselling (Non-Clinical)

At CMHA Toronto, we believe mental health care should be accessible, inclusive, and rooted in community connection.

Our Opening Doors Short-Term Counselling program offers free, non-clinical, supportive counselling for newcomers who are experiencing stress, adjustment challenges, or emotional distress.

This service provides:
âś… A safe and judgment-free space to talk and be heard.
âś… Culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based support.
âś… Guidance to explore coping strategies, empowerment, and connection to community resources.

đź’¬ Sometimes, taking the first step toward care starts with a conversation.
