TRAUMA
Generally, those are caused by such things as sports injuries, car accidents, sitting at a desk for long periods of time, or can even be the trauma of childbirth. It can also include what we call microtraumas, actions such as your sleeping position, ‘text neck’, looking down at your phone or computer, and an incredibly important one, posture. These can happen daily without pain but left untreated can create bigger issues.
