LEXICON: THE POWER OF NEROLI

This is truly one of my absolute favorite scents, one that I could happily live in. I remember first discovering the beauty of neroli in Morocco, where the local street vendors had trucks overflowing with these fragrant flowers. These flowers were then distilled and made into a decadent hydrosol for the skin, which for me in that moment, became the inspiration of our facial care line.

Botanical Name: Citrus aurantifolia

History + Highlights:

The delicate flowers of the neroli blossom come from the bitter orange tree. It is known to help to regulate the heart and is associated with love and connection with higher self.

Cosmetically it helps the skin come back into balance, protecting it from oxidative stress.

St. Elizabeth, Jamaica is a small farming community where my relatives once lived simply and close to the land. After Hurricane Melissa, many families are still without safe shelter months later.

Being on the road for almost two months is no small thing, and this season was one for the books. I feel incredibly greatful.

~ 1.5 months of eating out
~ 2.5 days off (total 😅)
~ 1 broken wall + backdrop

~ 1.5 months without my dog 🐶
