HIP MOBILITY MATTERS 🦵

Your hips are one of the main movement centers of the body.

When they move well, everyday activities like walking, bending, and squatting tend to feel smoother and more natural.

When they become stiff, other areas such as the lower back or knees may end up taking on extra stress.

That’s why improving hip mobility is often an important part of many physiotherapy programs. Supporting how the hips move can help the rest of the body move more comfortably and efficiently.

Do your hips feel loose or stiff lately?

Comment “LOOSE” or “STIFF” below.👇

It might feel like a simple run around the block, but your body is doing a lot behind the scenes.

Your heart and lungs work harder.
Your muscles and bones grow stronger.
Your joints stay mobile through regular movement.

At the same time, running can improve your circulation, stress levels, and even your mood.

Sometimes the biggest health benefits come from the simplest habits.

💡 Save this post for the days you need a little motivation to lace up your shoes and head out for a run.

Ice or movement? 🧊🤸‍♂️
We get asked this all the time.

Ice can be helpful early on. It may reduce pain and calm swelling, and it definitely feels good in the moment. But it does not rebuild strength or improve your body’s tolerance to load.

Movement, on the other hand, improves circulation, maintains strength, prevents stiffness, and helps your body build long term capacity 💪

Ice can help symptoms.
Movement builds resilience.

Most recoveries need more than just cooling things down. They need the right type of movement at the right time.

Not sure what your injury actually needs? Book a session with us and we’ll guide you through a plan that makes sense for your body. 💙

Ever taken a break from training and felt weaker when you came back? 🏋️‍♀️
You’re not failing; your body is just adapting.

When activity drops, endurance dips, joints feel stiff, and soreness pops up more easily. That’s called deconditioning, not weakness ✨

The key is to start small, progress gradually, and let your body adjust again. Strength returns faster than you think when you rebuild smartly.

If you’ve been off for a while and want a plan to get moving safely, book a session with us and let’s get you back on track. 🔹

Your body does a lot for you every day, so it’s worth giving it a little extra care this week. 🌿

Small, consistent actions like moving gently, taking short walking breaks, checking in with your posture, and getting quality rest can make a big difference in how you feel. It’s about supporting your body, not overloading it.

Which of these will you try first? Drop a comment and let us know 💬
