Are you interested in mindfulness?

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) group therapy can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. It can increase your focus and self-awareness, helping you become less reactive.

The Mindfulness Clinic offers an 8-week series of MBCT online group sessions where we teach skills rooted in meditation and cognitive therapy. The goal is to ease your mind, help you accept your feelings without being overwhelmed, and help you become less caught up in worries and ruminations. You can learn to stay focused in the moment and to appreciate and enjoy your experience's richness.

These are great classes for anyone looking to learn more about mindfulness and how to incorporate these practices into your daily life!

The group meets weekly on Saturdays for 2 hours -- from 11 am until 1 pm.
