FLOW Cycle Studio takes indoor cycling to the next level by combining exceptional instructors, fun and exciting music with an intense full body workout. We are committed to challenging riders to reach their full POTENTIAL by finding their FLOW. Our signature class is FLOW Cycle, which features interval training on the bike and incorporates weights to work the core and upper body. FLOW Fit is a fusion class that includes work both on and off the bike. FLOW Tone challenges you on the bike for the first half and on the mat the second half with low impact small movements, light weight, high repetition techniques targeted to tone and strengthen your entire body.
