Totum Youth Performance - empowering youth athletes with 1:1 mentorship to build physical literacy, prevent injury, develop life skills, and prepare them for high performance in sport and life.

Teaching young athletes proper form in strength training is essential for preventing injuries and building a solid movement foundation for any sport. Our youth performance trainers take the time to ensure each athlete learns safe, effective technique and develops confidence in the weight room!
