In both situations, stress is created and takes away from your health capacity and ability to grow.

Looking through the roots of stress, I found 3 basic patterns that led to the building up of stress as we age. These patterns are found in the lifestyle and lead to a style of burnout if left unchecked. I use the work environment to make it easier to see, but the same pattern can be sent in home life.

On top of that, our lifestyle is moving at such a fast pace that it is not capable of sustaining health.
