Our 2026 Sales Team Colour War highlights exactly what makes the Lev Senior Living team stand out. Drive, creativity, and a fearless willingness to try new approaches were on full display!

This initiative was about connection, collaboration, and bringing fresh energy into how we work together.

As we wrap up our Education Fund spotlights, we’re honoured to feature Parinaz, daughter of Nahid, an Accountant with Lev since 2021.

Parinaz is in her fourth year of Architectural Engineering and is preparing to pursue her master’s degree. She shared how meaningful this support has been to her academic journey and how much encouragement it provides as she works toward her long-term educational and professional goals.

We’re proud to support her next steps and grateful for the dedication Nahid brings to the Lev team every day.

This week, our Recreation Managers and General Managers came together for our monthly S.T.A.R. Session. ⭐

These sessions are a valuable opportunity to share best practices, learn new tools and trends, and continue strengthening how we support our teams and residents across all Lev Senior Living communities. Through engaging workshops led by Leslie Graham, Regional Director of People & Engagement, Teri Stern, Regional Sales Director, and Ruby Brar, Marketing Manager, the focus was on collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.

This week, we’re celebrating Arshaan, son of Nusrat, a dedicated team member at Harmony Hill Retirement Community.

Arshaan is transitioning from the Computer Science program into Mechatronics Engineering at Ontario Tech University, driven by his passion for hands-on innovation and his goal of becoming an engineer in the automotive industry.

We’re proud to support Arshaan’s educational journey and grateful for the commitment his family brings to the Harmony Hill community.

This week, Lev Senior Living is proud to celebrate two Education Fund recipients from Retirement Suites by the Lake.

Irish, daughter of Sheryll, one of our dedicated PSWs in the Wellness Department, is entering her fourth year at the University of Toronto. She is majoring in History with double minors in Contemporary Asian Studies and Asian Canadian Studies, and hopes to build a future in archives or the library sector.

John, son of Adele, also a valued PSW in our Wellness Department, is beginning the Construction and Maintenance Electrician Pre-Apprenticeship Program at Herzing College, where he will work toward becoming a licensed electrician.

Our recipients received their awards from Elton Ly, General Manager at RSBL, and Debbie Hemmens, President of Operations at Lev Senior Living. We’re proud to support their goals and grateful for the dedication their families bring to our RSBL community.

This week, we’re proud to celebrate Abeille, a valued member of the team at Adelaide Place and one of this year’s Lev Group Education Fund recipients.

Abeille is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Health Sciences at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, with the long-term goal of becoming a doctor. Her passion for healthcare grew during her time working as a Server at Adelaide Place, where she discovered a deep commitment to supporting the well-being of others.

We’re proud to support Abeille as she continues her journey in the healthcare field and grateful for the positive impact she brings to our Adelaide Place community.

Julia is advancing her education by pursuing an Office Administration – Health Services diploma. This program will support her growth in the fast-paced and evolving healthcare field and further strengthen the important administrative work she contributes each day at Harmony Hill.

To kick off this year’s Education Fund recipient series, we’re celebrating Angelo, whose mother, Girlie T., has been a valued PSW at Aberdeen Gardens Retirement Residence for over 17 years. In this photo, Girlie accepts the award on his behalf.

Angelo is pursuing studies in accounting with the goal of building a meaningful career and contributing positively to his community. We’re honoured to help support his journey, just as Girlie supports our residents with compassion and dedication every day.
