Hello Speech provides Speech-Language, Occupational Therapy and Behaviour Support in the GTA.

Hello Speech provides in-home speech therapy and occupational therapy for children throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We use a interdisciplinary approach involving both speech-language therapy, occupational therapy and behavioural therapy in order to fully meet the needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Language Delays, and Speech or Motor Skill function challenges.

Looking for a simple, engaging way to build your child’s describing skills at home? Try turning everyday objects into a fun language game.

Create a small “mystery box” and fill it with items your child already loves, toys, household objects, anything familiar. Take turns pulling one item out without peeking, and encourage your child to describe what they feel:
• What does it feel like, soft, bumpy, smooth?
• Is it big or small?
• What shape could it be?
• Does it make a sound when you shake or squeeze it?

Mary and Ronit have been working together for over a decade and are passionate about making meaningful changes in children’s lives.
