Cosmetic acupuncture from a registered acupuncturist provides a holistic approach for reducing fine lines, pigmentation, acne, eczema, rosacea and even help with headaches, migraines, TMJD and tinnitus. Included in each session is a health assessment, body and facial acupuncture points, a relaxing face massage using Gua Sha tools or cupping. This treatment is rounded out with red light therapy.

Shout outs to this family. Sometimes you just get lucky and land yourself amongst a bunch of amazing colleagues. The past year was particularly difficult for me and this gang showed me patience and compassion. They created a safe and soft place to land when it was needed.

We are pleased to welcome Marguerite, the newest Registered Massage Therapist joining our team.

Marguerite approaches her treatments with curiosity and active listening, ensuring every patient feels truly heard and understood. She is a Vodder trained Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) therapist. This specialized therapy is beneficial for treating acute or chronic injuries, supporting post-surgical recovery, or aiding recovery from cancer treatments.

Marguerite often integrates reflexology and Reiki into her massage treatments which can provide effective relief and greater ease of movement. By focusing on patient-centered self-care approaches, she will help support your journey toward reaching your treatment goals.

Outside of the clinic, Marguerite enjoys swimming, trying new recipes, and spending time with her Springer Spaniel, Atlas. Look how cute! 🐾

We’re all excited to have Josh join our team.

If you’re someone who has had chronic aches and pains or an injury that just won’t heal, Josh is the type of RMT who will get to the bottom of it. Through in-depth assessment, and an innate ability to make connections and find patterns in the body, his treatments will go beyond a typical massage to make you view your body differently and feel hopeful about change.
