Michael H Ballard Inspirational Keynote Speaker Storyteller, Coach, Trainer themed on Resiliency. I help people learn It started while recovering from a head injury at age six.

Michael's Message:
His message is not about what organizations and society is doing or not doing. It’s about what each of us needs to do to take charge and control in each of our lives. Michael’s upbeat and insightful message has been years in the making. He was fascinated at how his roommate had-had a very different reaction to a similar injury. This started Michael down the path of becoming a student of human behavior. What he learned has served him well in the years ahead. It helped him as he was challenged while battling a serious chronic illness for 12 years, while being robbed by a motorcycle gang at 19, then his epic seven-year battle with two bouts of cancer and that emergency midnight surgery to save his life. Through it all Michael confounded his care team medical, mental health care team and his business associates with his upbeat attitude of “What's next? When do we start?” No, it was not all easy. Yet, due to Michael’s deep interest in resiliency he had learned some of the powerful skills of how to deal with life’s unexpected upsets and adversity
