🎉 Celebrating 60 Years of Masonic Service – Honouring Brother Allan 🎉

This weekend marked a rare and momentous occasion as we gathered to celebrate our resident Allan’s 60th Masonic Service Pin—a milestone few achieve in a lifetime of dedication.

Held at , the ceremony brought together Masonic brothers from across Ontario, as well as Councillor Parthi Kandavel, representing the Council of Southwest Scarborough, who joined us to honour Allan’s immense contributions to both Freemasonry and our wider community.

Family, friends, and brethren were treated not only to heartfelt moments, but also to a rich sharing of history—stories of Scarborough’s past and Allan’s deep roots in shaping it. His 35 years of public service with Toronto Metro, his decades of leadership in the Boy Scouts of Canada, and his unwavering Masonic commitment have left an indelible mark on countless lives.

Allan was deeply moved by the gathering and the recognition, and we were all reminded of the strength of true community, lifelong service, and the enduring values of brotherhood.

Congratulations, Allan. Your journey continues to inspire us all. 👏

A Fun-filled RSBL Family Affair!

Popcorn popped, snowcones swirled, and the sweet scent of cotton candy filled the air — Family Day at Retirement Suites by the Lake was a sugar-coated success! 🍿🍭🎈

Our residents and little guests teamed up for some seriously fun games - shared laughs, love, and lots of treats, from colorful balloon animals to wide-eyed wonder at every corner. The joy was contagious as generations came together for a day full of fun, heartwarming hugs, and sweet memories that’ll last longer than the candy did! 💕👵🧒

The highlight? A fantastic performance by the one and only Jimi Wasabe, who had everyone clapping, dancing, and smiling from ear to ear! 🎤✨

From tiny hands to wise hearts, it was a day of pure magic. 💕
