Our RSBL Health & Wellness Fair was a wonderful celebration of connection, care, and community! Residents had the opportunity to explore a variety of wellness resources, meet incredible partners, and engage in meaningful conversations focused on living well and staying active.

From learning new health tips to simply enjoying time together, the day was filled with positive energy, smiles, and a shared commitment to well-being.

Moments like these remind us that a healthy lifestyle is not just about individual choices—it’s about the support, friendships, and community around us.

The Easter Egg Hunt at was egg-stra special this year! Our amazing residents were on the hunt—laughing, competing, and uncovering sweet surprises around every corner 🍫💛

From quick finds to “golden egg” moments, the energy was contagious and the smiles were priceless! Who knew we had so many egg-hunting pros in the house? 😉🎉

Feeling lucky and full of cheer 🍀✨

Last March 17, St. Patrick’s Day may have been coming to an end - but not at !

We capped off the day with a lively performance featuring the talented Julie & Joelle 🎶💚

Their music filled the room with energy, laughter, and a whole lot of Irish spirit—our residents were singing along, clapping, and truly soaking in every moment!

And the best part? The St. Patrick’s spirit isn’t over just yet! 🍀✨ The celebration continues with more smiles, music, and meaningful moments to come 💫

From classic tunes to heartwarming melodies, it was an afternoon of connection, nostalgia, and pure happiness. Moments like these remind us how powerful music can be in bringing everyone together 💚

Our St. Patrick’s Beer Tasting Event (Non-Alcoholic of course!) had it all — laughter, great company, and a little friendly competition with trivia that kept everyone on their toes!

Safe to say, the room was full of cheer and lucky vibes all around - and our Beer Tasting Event brought the house down — full room, full hearts, and so many smiles. It was an afternoon filled with connection, laughter, and a whole lot of cheer! 💚✨

Our residents enjoyed a relaxing paint-by-numbers on canvas session, bringing lovely artwork to life one brushstroke at a time. Moments like these are a wonderful way to spark creativity, encourage relaxation, and share smiles together. We’re so proud of the amazing masterpieces created today! 🖌️✨

With grateful hearts, we celebrated the incredible people who make Retirement Suites by the Lake feel like home — our amazing staff. 💚🌿

Our Staff Appreciation Day was filled with laughter, games, and a wonderful meal shared together. But the most touching moment of the afternoon was watching a video tribute from our residents, who shared heartfelt messages of gratitude for the team who care for them every single day.

There were smiles, cheers, and even a few emotional moments as staff heard just how much their kindness, patience, and compassion mean to the people they serve.

We also proudly recognized our RSBL Social Media Superstars 🌟 — staff members who actively engage with and celebrate our community through our social media posts, helping share the beautiful moments that happen here every day.

To make the celebration even more exciting, the afternoon ended with games and raffle prizes and plenty of happy winners! 🎉

To our RSBL team: your dedication, warmth, and heart make all the difference. Thank you for everything you do to make our residents feel valued, supported, and truly at home.

🌸 Happy International Women’s Day 🌸

Today we celebrate the incredible women of Retirement Suites by the Lake - women who have built families, shaped communities, and filled the world with love, strength, and wisdom.

Our residents carry stories of resilience, kindness, and courage that continue to inspire us every single day. It is truly an honor to learn from them, laugh with them, and celebrate the beautiful lives they have lived.

They are more than memories of the past - they are the living legacy of strong women who paved the way for generations.

Sometimes the best medicine has four paws and a wagging tail. 🐶🐾

Today, our residents had a very special visitor - Sassi, a sweet therapy dog from the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program.

From warm cuddles to happy smiles, Sassi brought comfort, laughter, and so much joy to everyone she met. It’s amazing how a simple visit from a furry friend can brighten an entire day. 💛

Our residents are already asking… “When is Sassi coming back?” 🐾✨
