OPC is both a Diploma Program in Psychotherapy and Counseling, as well as an active referral Network for those seeking psychotherapy or counseling.OPC is an officially recognized educational and training program by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)

The OPC training program provides opportunities to learn how to integrate self knowledge, embedded learning, interpersonal communication, theory and skills into practice in psychotherapy and counseling. Learning approaches in the program include academic studies, learning groups, residency weekends, web-based academic exchanges, independent reading assignments, supervised clinical practicum, a Concentration Stud/Mastery Thesis and special lectures and workshops. The entire program is intended to assist you to integrate theory and practice through interpersonal and scholarly dialogue with colleagues and faculty; written reflections and assignments; in-depth sharing of personal histories, self reflection; practicing professional ethics and the development of self-directed and ongoing learning. OPC also offers educational resources avaiable through our website and professional development workshops for professionals in the the field of psychotherapy, counseling, psychology and social work. Our Referral Network is an Ontario association of counselors, and psychotherapists who believe people are equipped to transform the obstacles of life to optimum health and happiness.
