Did you know? Toronto Grace Health Centre provides outpatient clinical services to the community. Clinical services are provided to ambulatory patients who have care needs requiring specialist consultation in the community setting. We welcome new referrals from the surrounding communities and our goal is to create smooth transitions for our patients to help them thrive in their communities. Check in is easy using our new CHIME kiosks and digital reminder services. Minimal wait times for all services and diagnostics. Send along to your clinical team or have them find us on OCEAN referral.

Thank you to all our patients, families, and staff who joined us for an unforgettable Christmas celebration at Toronto Grace Health Centre.
Yesterday’s Santa’s Workshop was filled with joy, creativity, and festive spirit. From cookie decorating and card making to sweet treats and holiday crafts, our Recreation Therapy room was buzzing with smiles and laughter.
A big thank-you to The Westenders for bringing beautiful holiday music to our Chapel and lifting everyone’s spirits.
And of course—thank you to our incredible Recreation Therapy team and volunteers for creating such a warm, welcoming, and festive experience for everyone who attended.
