A little thought for you today as you make your way through March Break…..I LOVE a good salad, but it should be balanced with your macros to keep you full and satisfied for a few hours at least. Many times I have clients who indicate they find themselves reaching for a sweet treat, chips or chocolate soon after their meal…..and ALTHOUGH many factors can be at play……such as how fast they ate, how hungry they were, mood/mentality, sleep, and stress, MOST times I find they aren’t including a carb with their meal…..
So balance your meal right from the start. Eat mindfully. Eat slowly. And see if it makes a difference!
