How much time do you spend ‘doom scrolling’?
We use social media for a number of reasons. To stay up to date on news, stay motivated by your favourite guru, see that cute picture of your friend and their something else…..but how often do you stop on a 9-second loop video….that turns into a swipe up, and another video….turning into minutes, even hours?
I ask this because I do it too from time to time. 🤦🏻♀️
I have clients who are working towards changing this….and it’s addictive. We all know it. BUT when it then takes away from doing something for yourself—— that’s the question and processing you have to do to then ask yourself how much you really want to reach a goal!
I knew a quick little workout was what my body needed after I got my kids to sleep the other night…..was I tired? Yes! But I knew if I were to sit down I would have just scrolled for that extra half hour….so I decided to change the outcome! And man did that shower and warm bed feel much different after that!
What can you start doing TODAY that will give YOU more time and in the end…..health and energy! 👇🏼💪🏼🙏
