Flourishing isn’t just about physical health, it’s also about how you feel in your life day to day.

Research shows that small, simple practices like gratitude, savouring, and imagining your best possible self can have a meaningful impact on happiness, outlook, and overall well-being.

Which practice do you think would be the easiest to add into your life right now?

It’s easy to end up here without really meaning to🤍

You start paying more attention to your health, add in a few supportive habits, maybe try something new that seems helpful… and over time it builds. Individually, none of it is extreme. But together, it can become a lot to keep up with.

What we’re seeing more of lately isn’t a lack of effort. It’s people putting in a lot of effort, often without feeling better for it.

There’s so much pressure on social media right now to keep doing more. Being constantly fed fitness, nutrition, and wellness content can make it hard to recognize what a normal routine actually looks like.

A good routine doesn’t need to cover everything. It just needs to support you in a way that’s sustainable. Sometimes that means doing less, so that your habits actually fit in your life.

Looking for some guidance on your health journey? Crafted Balance is here to help🤍 Meet and greets are available through the link in our bio.

Therapy doesn’t always have to happen seated across from one another☀️🌳

Walk & Talk Therapy is a form of ecotherapy that combines movement, nature, and conversation. For many, this approach can feel more relaxed, less clinical, and easier to engage in - especially when working through stress, low mood, or burnout.

Research continues to show that time outdoors and gentle movement can support nervous system regulation, improve mood, and enhance overall well-being. Paired with psychotherapy, it can offer a different entry point into the work.

This format may be especially supportive if you find that:
🌳 You think more clearly when you’re moving
🌳 Sitting still in a therapy room feels restrictive
🌳 Nature helps you feel more grounded

A few things to note before getting started:
New clients begin with a 50-minute intake session (virtual or in-person). Existing clients can transition into Walk & Talk sessions after consulting with their therapist and completing the required documentation. You’ll also review consent, route planning, and ensure walking is appropriate for you.

All sessions begin and end at the clinic, with flexibility to move indoors or virtual if weather conditions require.

Seeing wellness influencers doing ✨the most✨ can make it feel like extreme routines are the only way to be healthy, but in reality, a balanced approach is what best supports your health long term.

A routine that’s too rigid or all-or-nothing might work short term, but it’s harder to maintain when life inevitably shifts. The body generally responds better to steady, repeatable habits than constant cycles of starting over.🌀

Balanced health leaves room for both structure and flexibility. It supports consistency without relying on perfection, and it allows your habits to fit into your life, not the other way around.

Crafted Balance is here to support your health in a way that feels sustainable for you. Explore our offerings and find what works for your body and lifestyle through the link in our bio.🔗

Gut health has become a bit of a catch-all term online, and with that comes a lot of confusion about what it actually means and how to support it🤔

You don’t need extreme protocols, highly restrictive diets, or a long list of supplements to “fix” your gut. In most cases, gut health comes back to consistent, foundational habits that support how your body functions day to day🌿😴🍎

That said, ongoing digestive symptoms aren’t something to ignore. If something feels off, it’s worth looking a little deeper rather than guessing or trying to self-treat based on trends.

If you’re looking for more personalized support, our naturopathic doctors can help you better understand what’s going on and create a plan that makes sense for your body.
