A little guided never hurt anyone! There is always a place for guided surgery. It definitely has come a long way in the last 15 years. This was a fully guide all on 6 case from bone reduction all the way to pmma temporization.

Its been a minute!
Happy Full Arch Friday! Here is a allon6 in the maxilla.
I am always aim for 6 in the MX. With the D3/D4 bone quality, I sleep better at night with 6 :).

What do you do when you have a patient that has lots of recession, lots of staining, and fractures a front tooth? Ossix Volumax ???
Here we did a 2 stage approach, however used Ossix Volumax, with a coronally repositioned flap at the time of exo and immediate implant placement.

We were not only able to achieve excellent and stable tissue biotype, but we also were able to coronally reposition the tissue.
No other tissue augmentation was completed other then the use of ossix volumax.
