Hillcrest Village BIA We are the Business Improvement Area for Hillcrest Village. Perched just above the old Lake Iroquois shoreline and running along St. Clair Ave. Clair West.

West between Christie and Winona, Hillcrest Village is a vibrant mid-town destination. Home to a wide range of shops and services, shoppers and diners from near and far frequent this stretch of St. With a nice mix of well-established and new businesses, Hillcrest Village retains connections to the historical character of the neighbourhood while integrating new flavour and character. Home of the annual summer festival Salsa on St Clair, the Hillcrest Village BIA is a great shopping and dining destination year round. Hillcrest Village BIA is located in the heart of midtown running along St. West between Christie St. to the East and Winona Dr. to the West.
