Even in the most difficult situations—
where rage, helplessness, and heartache feel like the only options…

we still have choices.

And to not exercise that choice isn’t just ignorance.

It quietly fuels the same pattern that keeps creating pain.

To exercise the choice is to disrupt the pattern for a better outcome.

What we can’t do, we can’t do.
What we can do, we must.

We can go within.
We can cultivate the heart.
We can expand our capacity for love, compassion, and awareness—so we respond with truth instead of reaction.

Because we can either be affected by the external…
or impact the external.

Simple. Not easy.

Begin as you are.

when the body is still waiting to receive it from within.

Something is shifting — not just externally, but internally.
And for many women, what’s being asked now is very different than before.

Here are three shifts I see again and again in the women who actually change their lives:

1. Commit first. Clarity follows.
Waiting to feel ready keeps you circling. Commitment creates momentum — and momentum creates clarity.

2. Do what you promised yourself you would do.
Not someday. Not when it’s easier.
Self-trust is built through follow-through, not insight.

3. If you want to live bigger, release what keeps you small.
Old patterns. Familiar discomfort. Comfort that quietly turns into stagnation.

This is the work I do with women — not motivating them, not fixing them, but calling them forward into steadiness, commitment, and deeper alignment so their lives can actually shift.

I remember this so clearly! This was during Covid.

Standing in my home office staring at my desk, a question popped in my head! “What story do I want to tell?”

This was significant as I had just walked into from the backyard where I stood listening to the chilling silence and watching the moon shadows of the trees! No sound, not even a leaf moved, no one around. Deep in thought I walked inside. I felt as if I was in my future watching this scene.

What do I want to tell about this time? A sharp realization that I can write the story I want to tell.

Truth: we can always write the story we want to tell!

The Question is: What story do you want to tell?
