One of the side facing poses where a lot of beginner students struggle with.

I used to think that we should square our hips completely to the side and have forced myself to do so over many years. Squaring the hips might work for some people with the range for it but with limitations in the skeletal structure, it usually creates a huge arch in the lower back (picture 4/4).
