🚨💥Anti-inflammatory Meal💥🚨

Lamb with Japanese purple potatoe and a garden salad 😉🤗
✅️Japanese purple potatoe 💜 - I am going through a purple potatoe phase, love them. I just baked them in a 450° oven for 45 minutes - they are delicious and very good for you
There are various studies on the health benefits of them and how Japan is a country known for its longevity and purple sweet potatoes was on the list

✅Garden salad: leaf lettuce (purple & green) tossed w freshly squeezed lemon juice and a drizzle of EVOO and apple cider vinegar
✅Lamb : I added sea salt, black pepper, turmeric and just a small drizzle of EVOO. Did you know lamb is super high in zinc?
I baked it in the oven for 25 minutes @450°.
✅ NOT SHOWN: its important to have fermented food daily.
