Classic Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut)
3–4 Tbsp chia seeds (white or black)
1–2 tsp pure maple syrup or raw honey (optional, to taste)
½ tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:
Combine: In a jar or bowl, whisk together the milk, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla
Stir Well & Wait: Stir very well, ensuring no large clumps remain. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then give it another good stir or whisk to break up any clumping.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight (8–12 hours), until it has a pudding-like consistency.

Serve: Stir again before serving. Add your favorite toppings.

Suggested Toppings
Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Sliced banana
Granola for crunch ( no added refined sugar - or make your own)
Nuts (almonds, walnuts) or coconut flakes
Nut butter drizzle ( almond butter ) - avoid peanut butter

Storage: The pudding will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Prevent Clumping: The most common issue is clumping. Whisking thoroughly, waiting 10 minutes, and whisking again is the key to a smooth texture.

Consistency: If the pudding is too thick in the morning, stir in a splash of extra milk. If it is too thin, add a teaspoon more of chia seeds and let it sit for another 30 minutes.

Hello sunshine ☀ I woke up to a beautiful morning, I am looking forward to a blessed day.
Here is some RED❤ inspiration for you.
I made a simple but nutritious breakfast today, it might seem boring but can I tell you just how healthy oatmeal is?
Since its Valentine's day, I wanted to add red into my morning, so I added goji berries and raspberries.🥰🍓
It also made my oatmeal go from blah to WOW.😍
Oats have many health benefits:‼⬇️
✔High fiber
✔Lowers cholesterol
✔Lowers blood pressure
✔Stabilizes blood sugar
✔Supports intestinal health
You can make oats in a million ways...ok..maybe not a million😏😝
Today's oatmeal has diced organic apples, 1/ 2 banana sliced, cinnamon, and h**p seeds. I get my h**p seeds from .

My beverage of choice is my homemade ginger root - turmeric tea with lemon.🍋
Taking care of my liver and you☝should too. 😉
Warm lemon water first thing upon rising, 20 min before eating or having that cup of coffee. Your liver will thank you.❤

I learned a long time ago , 30 years ago to be exact, after becoming very ill, with severe weight loss, chest pain, wheezing, shortness of breath with a cough, coughing up blood, weakness, fatique and stroke symptoms that
medicine doesn't always come from the pharmacy.

This smoothie is packed with natural sweetness, antioxidants, antiinflammatory ingredients, and this beautiful color pink.

This is my CUPID PINK SMOOTHIE 💘

1/2 cup of frozen berries ( I used raspberries & strawberries)
1 cup plant based milk
1/2 frozen banana
1-2 Tbsp of white chia seeds
1 scoop of protein powder

Are you looking for ways to get more protein?
Nutrition is always first!
I always recommend having protein at every meal throughout the day, but if you want to build muscle, a protein powder is helpful.
Make sure the protein powder you choose has clean ingredients without refined sugars or ingredients you can't even pronounce

How do you start off your day? I always start off my day with a tall glass of warm lemon water.🍋💧
💁How many of you have incorporated lemon water as part of your daily routine?
Lemons are chock full of nutrients that keep you healthy.

🍋Boosts your immune system

My morning routine starts with warm lemon water.
I turn on my kettle, cut a lemon (organic is best) in half, squeeze out the lemon juice into a glass and then add the hot water on top.
I actually divide the water into half room temperature water and the hot water.
You can add a couple ginger slices and mint as well.

📌Do this daily, right when you wake up, and wait 30 minutes after you drink it before eating anything.🖐
Let's help out our liver to flush out all it's hard work from the night before.

The negative impact of processed sugar on your body.⤵️
Living with / has challenged me to heal my self.
Sugar is linked to chronic inflammation, so it was one of the first things I needed to let go of, and I was a sugar freak!
The impact it has had in my life and my level of pain management has been amazing.
Inflammation is a natural part of the body's healing process.
Redness and swelling around an injury can help it heal.
However, eating too many inflammatory foods such as sugar and refined carbohydrates, may cause chronic inflammation.
This can cause serious health problems, such as vasculitis, autoimmune diseases, heart disease, diabetes, cancer and allergies.
If you are suffering from any of this listed above, or chronic pain, try limiting added refined sugar from your diet and focus on eating the REAL food provided by nature.

This is why I am passionate about educating YOU about the ugly truth about sugar.

Happy Smoothie Tuesday💚💛
IMMUNE BOOSTING & ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SUNSHINE SMOOTHIE ⬇️💥🌞

Ingredients:

🍍 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
🍊 1 orange, peeled and segmented
🍌 1 ripe banana
🥭 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
🥛 1 cup coconut water
🍯 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional for extra sweetness)
Spices :🫚 1/2 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

🥤 In a blender, add the pineapple, orange segments, banana, and mango chunks.
Add in the spices
🥛 Pour in the coconut water and add honey if you like it sweeter.

🔄 Blend until smooth and creamy.
🍹 Pour into a glass, garnish with a slice of orange or pineapple, and enjoy!
