Standing in the Middle

I’ve been thinking about how many women are standing in a quiet middle right now.

Not at the beginning.
Not at the end.
Not broken.
Not fully clear either.

Just… aware that something has changed — or is changing — without knowing what comes next.

This is still the Year of the Snake.
And the Snake doesn’t shed all at once.

Sometimes the old skin loosens slowly.

Sometimes it comes off in layers.

Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve released until you notice how differently you’re breathing.

If you’re here reading this, chances are you’re not looking for quick answers.
You’re listening.
You’re noticing.
You’re feeling your way forward instead of forcing it.

That matters.

As we move closer to the Year of the Fire Horse, I want to say this clearly:
This season isn’t asking for urgency.
It’s asking for honesty.
For pacing.
For nervous systems to feel safe enough to tell the truth.

Some women will feel ready to move soon.

Some will stay in the shedding longer.

Some will circle back when the ground feels more solid.

All of that is part of the rhythm.

You don’t have to decide anything today.
You don’t have to know what’s next.
You don’t have to be “ready” yet.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do
is stay present long enough
to hear what’s actually true for you.

I’ll be here, continuing to share reflections, grounding, and presence, as we walk this threshold together.
