This week we are highlighting the excellent posture correction that A.M. has made! He is standing taller and looking stronger each and every week!

A.M. has been under Chiropractic Care at our Downtown Toronto Chiropractic Clinic for 4 months now. In that time he has made excellent progress and has a healthier spine and posture now!

His improvement in his forward head posture has reduced the effective weight of his head by 60.48%!

This is a really big change. Lowering your effective head weight reduces the strain on the muscles that support your neck, reduces tension across the shoulders and mid back. But really importantly, this takes weight off your spine and the delicate nervous system that the spine protects. Is It Piriformis Syndrome… or a Disc Injury? 🤔
