As founders of Toronto Brain Health we have significant experience developing and leading clinical programs, conducting research, teaching at universities, consulting to hospitals and community agencies across Ontario and training doctoral students and other psychologists in clinical practice. Over the years we noticed significant gaps in the services available in the community and we decided to do something about it!
At Toronto Brain Health our team of doctoral level psychologists provide much needed evidence-based assessment and therapy services for:
People with concussion who find they are not recovering as expected (15-20% of individuals with concussion are still dealing with symptoms after 3 months).
Individuals with acquired brain injury who experience cognitive symptoms and/or emotional challenges as they try to cope with the aftermath of a life changing medical event.
Older adults in our community who want to know more about what they can do for their brain health, their psychological health, and whether the memory changes they are experiencing are normal.
The many many people who face anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, insomnia and other psychological challenges on a daily basis.
