This patient came to Dr. Plant with severe capsular contracture, which caused her breasts to harden, separate, and sit uncomfortably wide apart.

To restore softness, symmetry, and comfort, Dr. Plant performed a capsulectomy and replaced her implants with slightly larger 345g full-profile round silicone gel implants. He used AlloDerm acellular dermal matrix to help reduce the risk of future contracture.
