Prashanta Yoga in Davisville Village is a unique boutique style neighbourhood yoga studio owned by yoga teacher, Christine Dennis. Our classes are limited to 8 registered students - assuring that each student receives one on one attention from the instructor. We have quickly become a place where friendships are made and neighbours meet one another. Pre-registered classes will help keep you motivated to continue your yoga practice. There is a variety of class styles offered: Yoga Basics, Hatha, Flow, Yin, Restorative, Kid's, Prenatal and Swing Yoga. Students new to yoga or with years of experience will find a class at Prashanta Yoga that fits perfectly.The teachers at Prashanta are some of the best in Toronto! Christine is very honoured to have such a great team including: Carolina Carvalho, Jillian Cook, Christine Reeves, Jennifer Copeland and Stephanie Slater.
