The last four days were spent at the and conference in Phoenix, Arizona. Here I continued my learning on a variety of concepts ranging from (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), , , , and much more.

As a benefit of attending the NMSA conference from July 12 to 15, members of the NMSA CCNM Chapter received access to the annual American Association of Naturopathic Physicians' Convention in Phoenix, Arizona.

This year, in addition to partnering with the Naturopathic Medical Student Association (NMSA), the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) collaborated with the World Naturopathic Federation (WNF) to bring three conferences to one location.

Through these events, students are presented with opportunities for professional development, continuing education and networking opportunities with naturopathic doctors and naturopathic students from across North America.

In May, our fourth-year and IMG students began their one-year clinic internships and featured naturopathic intern, Andriana Setnik, in her first week of clinic.

Today was spent seeing patients at the Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic (BNTC), an outpatient clinic at Brampton Civic Hospital, where patients can seek from naturopathic medical interns working under the supervision of licensed doctors.

Really looking forward to continuing seeing patients on Friday's at the BNTC this upcoming clinical year!

Today marks the final day of orientation and it was celebrated with a white coat ceremony before entering our . Really looking forward to begin seeing patients under the supervision of a licensed ND at the tomorrow!
